Job File Coordinator opening with Restoration company - onsite position in local Orange County office, offering full-time hours and benefits.

Pro-active, customer service oriented team-member needed for restoration office in Huntington Beach, CA. If you are self-motivated and have superb interpersonal skills, then you’ll thrive in this work environment. Industry training available for the right person who is proactive, enjoys providing excellent customer service to both teammates and customers, and excels with taking ownership of duties.
  • HOURS:  Full-Time Hours, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm - yet usually 5:00pm (30 min OT) 
  • DURATION:  Temp-to-Hire (goal of Full-time hire after initial 3-4 months temp period)
  • WORKPLACE:  This is an in-office position in Huntington Beach, CA. No remote option
  • PAY:  $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience (upper end requires restoration experience)

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Complete internal job file quality reviews
  • Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Answer phones, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a detailed call log
  • Maintain all internal and external communication with stakeholders
  • Coordinate schedules to optimize work efficiency and balanced job scheduling
  • Assist other departments, as needed
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Minimum of 1 year office experience, including customer service and project management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), along with ability to learn new programs effectively
  • Experience in restoration, insurance, and/or construction industries a plus but not required
  • Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and clear, concise communication
  • Spanish-bilingual fluency a plus 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, meet deadlines and provide prompt follow-up
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in stressful situations
  • Regular and consistent attendance as defined per Company policy
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Verifiable references from recent employment required
  • Must possess High School diploma or equivalency of
  • Must be able to pass Background check and Drug screen requirements
  • Legal residents of California only. Visa Sponsorship not available. W2 only.
