- Previous office experience required (minimum 2 years required), including verifiable references
- Experience and/or education in economics, statistics, or data analysis preferred
- Strong communication skills - verbal & written - along with a friendly, positive approach. Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and take direction as needed
- Strong MS Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel), type minimum 40wpm
- Previous data entry experience and/or call center experience a plus
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; must possess High School Diploma (or equivalency) at minimum
- Mid or Senior level positions require previous Insurance experience (and/or license) in auto, home, commercial and/or worker's comp fields
- Ability to successfully pass Background check and Drug screen requirements
- Regular and consistent attendance, as defined per Company Policy
- Ability to sit in stationary position and/or stand for extended periods of time, as well as use office equipment (printers, scanners, etc) and multi-line or internet based phone systems
- Legal residents of California only. Visa sponsorship not available. W2 only
