Digital Marketing Specialist – Hybrid, Full-time
Immediate openings (yes, more than one!) for experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong customer service focus and proven skill set with client support, SEO and other marketing strategies.
 
  • SHIFT:  Full-Time Hours, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
  • DURATION:  Temp to Hire (goal of Full-time hire after 3-4 months temporary)
  • WORKPLACE:  Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days remote
  • PAY:  $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience
  • BENEFITS:  This client company offers a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K, PTO

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist with account management, including client follow-ups, manage status requests, and set appropriate expectations
  • Intake of client requests and deliver instructions to team, utilizing CRM software
  • Perform quality checks on website updates
  • Articulate capabilities of products and services to client, identifying key advantages
  • Assist with incoming call handling
  • Produce, update, and maintain billable hours for each client account
  • Provide client feedback to team, assist with product and service recommendations

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven work experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, web design and/or other online strategies highly preferred
  • Must be self-starter with ability to work effectively on own and in a team environment, and interface well with various individuals, both internal and external
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and G Suite applications
  • Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics and social media platforms a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented and dead-line driven, able to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision
  • Must possess effective communication and listening skills such that complicated information can be communicated in a straight-forward and professional manner
  • Verifiable references from recent employment
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent, at minimum
  • Must be able to pass Background check and Drug screen requirements
  • Regular and consistent attendance as defined per Company policy
  • Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Must be able to stand and sit in a stationary period for extended periods of time
  • Legal residents of California only. Visa Sponsorship not available. W2 only.
