Job Description

HOURS:  Full-time, Monday-Friday (daytime/first shift)
DURATION: Temporary/Contract, Temp-to-Hire
WORKPLACE: Onsite, Hybrid, possible Remote
PAY: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience and job opening
BENEFITS: Weekly payroll, direct deposit, online time entry, sick leave pay, and upon meeting eligibility: holiday pay, vacation pay and 401K plan.

Availability of positions change frequently, yet JOB REQUIREMENTS will include (but not limited to):
  • 1-2 years office experience, including customer service and phone handling
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Must possess High School diploma (or equivalency), Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows and MSOffice proficiency with Word, Excel & Outlook, type minimum 40wpm
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, with ability to compose professional correspondence
  • Must possess active listening skills and ability to address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work independently, yet effective as part of a team
  • Must be able to successfully pass Background check and Drug screen requirements
  • Spanish-bilingual fluency a plus
  • Ability to sit in stationary position for extended periods of time, as well as use office equipment and multi-line and/or internet based phone systems
  • Regular and consistent attendance, as defined per Company policy.
