Job Description


Work with some of San Diego's best companies!  Administrative support opportunities, including Front-desk Reception, within a variety of industries throughout San Diego - from East County to North County.
HOURS: Full-time Monday-Friday (daytime/first shift)
DURATION: Temporary/Contract, Temp-to-Hire
WORKPLACE: Onsite, Hybrid
PAY: $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and job opening
BENEFITS:  Weekly payroll, direct deposit, online time entry, sick leave pay, and upon meeting eligibility: holiday pay, vacation pay and 401K plan.
Availability of positions changes frequently, yet JOB REQUIREMENTS will include (but not limited to):
  • Previous Administrative/office work experience (minimum 2 years), including verifiable references
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and a friendly, positive demeanor
  • Strong MS Office skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel), minimum 40wpm
  • Experience with Google Suite and/or Adobe Acrobat a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in various work settings
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Spanish-bilingual fluency a plus
  • Ability to successfully pass Background and Drug screen requirements
  • Must possess High School Diploma (or equivalency). Some positions require Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be able to sit in stationary position and/or stand for extended periods of time
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as fax and copy machines, and multi-line or Internet based phone systems
  • Regular and consistent attendance, as defined per Company policy
  • Legal residents of California only. Visa Sponsorship not available. W2 only.
