This is an ongoing recruitment effort. Availability of positions change frequently, yet JOB REQUIREMENTS will include (but are not limited to):
- 1-2 years office experience, including customer service and phone handling
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Must possess High School diploma (or equivalency), Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
- Strong technical skills, including Windows and MSOffice proficiency with Word, Excel & Outlook, type minimum 40wpm
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, with ability to compose professional correspondence
- Must possess active listening skills and ability to address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional manner
- Must be able to work independently, yet effective as part of a team
- Must be able to successfully pass Background check and Drug screen requirements
- Spanish-bilingual fluency a plus
- Ability to sit in stationary position for extended periods of time, as well as use office equipment and multi-line and/or internet based phone systems
- Regular and consistent attendance, as defined per Company policy.
